Full Job Description

Job Overview- Hours - Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday 9 am - 5 pm
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in direct sales, with a focus on customer service. This role involves touring potential clients, booking clients, managing existing parties, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, conducting facility tours, greeting guests, and answering incoming calls.

Duties

Conduct facility tours for potential clients
Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement effective business development strategies tailored to target markets.
Utilize Caterease to manage bookings
Engage in cold calling and lead generation efforts to identify potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Upsell additional products or services to enhance client relationships and drive revenue.

Qualifications

Experience in sales.
Proficiency in using Caterease or ability to be trained on the software.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Strong analytical skills for assessing market data and making informed decisions.
Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in retail sales or inside sales.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm. Hours are subject to change.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
