You'll be the driving force behind our event success, working closely with our culinary and banquet teams to turn ideas into reality. From weddings to corporate meetings, you'll guide clients through the process, from initial contact to the day-of execution, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed.

Responsibilities:

Lead the sales process from initial inquiry to event execution, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to design and deliver exceptional event experiences.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
Create detailed event proposals and contracts, ensuring clarity and alignment with client goals.
Manage event budgets effectively, optimizing resources to maximize client satisfaction and profitability.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to showcase our venue's capabilities and offerings effectively and enthusiastically.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in hospitality sales, catering, or event management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or marketing ideal but not required.
Software: Proficiency in CRM and catering management tools (e.g., Delphi, Opera, Caterease) and Microsoft Office.
