Applied Leadership & Professional Foundation

A blended career profile of at least 10 years of experience in AI, data science, or cognitive science roles, with demonstrated accountability for delivering impactful solutions in complex environments
Demonstrated ability to translate advanced analytics, data science, or AI concepts into decisions, systems, or operational change with measurable business outcomes
Demonstrated strength in structured problem-solving, including framing ambiguous questions, testing hypotheses with data, and guiding decisions under uncertainty
Experience working across functions where data, technology, and business decisions intersect, including close collaboration with product, engineering, operations, and leadership teams
Willingness and ability to undertake significant travel, including on-site work with client teams, in support of solution design, deployment, and adoption
Comfort operating across time zones and geographies in service of complex, multi-stakeholder engagements
Advanced degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., data science, engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, cognitive science, systems, or equivalent)
