We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Cryptologist specializing in Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC) to lead our groundbreaking efforts in developing quantum-resistant security solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on post-quantum cryptographic algorithms, ensuring they meet industry standards for security and efficiency.
- Design, analyze, and optimize quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols utilizing advanced algorithm design principles.
- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate PQC solutions into existing systems, emphasizing scalable and secure implementation across platforms such as Linux, AWS cloud environments, and enterprise networks.
- Oversee the evaluation and application of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MATLAB to enhance cryptographic analysis and model training processes.
- Conduct comprehensive research in related fields including natural language processing, computer vision, data mining, signal processing, robotics, and AI to identify innovative approaches for cryptographic challenges.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in quantum engineering, unsupervised learning, and AI to inform strategic decision-making for future-proof security architectures.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking across disciplines such as computer science, software development, and quantum technology.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Quantum Engineering or a related field with a focus on cryptography or quantum information science.
- Extensive experience leading research projects in post-quantum cryptography or related areas such as algorithm design or machine learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of classical and quantum cryptographic protocols alongside proficiency in programming languages including Python, C++, C#, Java, R, MATLAB, and C.
- Proven track record of publishing research findings in reputable journals or conferences related to AI, machine learning, data mining, or cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS as well as Linux-based environments for deploying secure systems.
- Strong knowledge of software development practices involving SQL databases, signal processing techniques, model training workflows, and natural language processing tools.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
