WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUR, THE MANDATORY STUFF:
Driving: Must hold a valid license with a clean driving history
Daily: Visiting parts store. Making multiple stops at customer's homes in the Greater Albuquerque ( and beyond ) area. Diagnosing repairing and validating major home appliances malfunctions. Keeping accurate customer records in CRM systems. Keeping work vehicle organized. And all reasonable tasks expected of a In Home Field Appliance Repair Technician.
People Skills: Clear communicator with a professional attitude and a genuine focus on helping customers.
Physical Ability: Ability to constantly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 lbs (frequently lift, carry, push, or pull 50 lbs; occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull 100 lbs). Extensive kneeling, squawking, bending, etc.
Dependability: Reliable, organized, and able to handle daily scheduling with minimal supervision.
Technical Skills: Able to interpret schematics and use testing equipment such as multimeters or circuit tracers.
Hiring Standards: Must pass a drug screen before starting.
