We are looking for a highly motivated software engineer and systems developer who wants to help scale a growing company from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems through software, automation, backend systems, APIs, AI integrations, and modern development practices.
This is not a traditional marketing position. We are looking for someone with a strong computer science and software development background who can build, improve, and maintain the systems that power our operations, lead generation, customer workflows, and internal tools.

What You’ll Be Doing
Software Development & Systems Engineering
- Design, build, and maintain internal software systems and operational tools.
- Develop scalable backend systems, APIs, and workflow automations.
- Build and improve web applications, dashboards, and customer-facing systems.
- Create integrations between multiple business platforms and third-party services.
- Optimize data flow, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Assist in architecting scalable infrastructure as the company grows.
Front-End & Back-End Development
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications and internal platforms.
- Work across both front-end and back-end environments.
- Improve user experience, performance, and functionality of company systems.
- Collaborate on software architecture, database structures, and deployment workflows.
Automation & AI Implementation
- Implement AI-assisted workflows and automation systems to improve efficiency.
- Explore and integrate AI tools into operations, lead management, customer communication, and internal processes.
- Develop automated systems for reporting, notifications, lead tracking, and operational management.
- Utilize APIs, scripting, and machine learning tools where applicable.
Website & Technical Infrastructure
- Maintain and improve company websites and digital platforms.
- Optimize website speed, performance, mobile responsiveness, and SEO structure.
- Implement tracking systems, analytics, and conversion optimization tools.
- Manage technical integrations between websites and internal systems.
Data, Analytics & Operational Scaling
- Build reporting dashboards and operational analytics tools.
- Develop systems that support company growth and scalability.
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for software-driven improvements.
- Assist leadership in implementing technology solutions that improve efficiency and revenue.
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
✔ Strong software development and computer science background
✔ Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar
✔ Experience with front-end and/or back-end development
✔ Experience building APIs, automations, and system integrations
✔ Familiarity with databases, cloud systems, and scalable architecture
✔ Experience with website development and management
✔ Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
