As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a strategic, high-energy Sales Associate / Business Development professional to lead growth in the Bryan / College Station area.
This role works closely with our team at Café Natalie Catering. The selected candidate will be required to train in our Houston office (3628 Westchase Dr., Houston, TX 77042) at least one to two days per week during the onboarding period, and must be comfortable driving between Bryan, College Station, and Houston as needed.

What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of sales or business development experience with a strong track record of success
- Deep local network in Bryan / College Station area with connections to directors, executives, and key decision-makers
- Comfortable leading conversations, cultivating relationships, and closing new business
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Caterease, or similar)
- Ability to manage pipelines end-to-end — from prospecting to signed partnership
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Canva, and tools like ChatGPT
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Proactive, resilient, and motivated by performance goals
- Professional appearance and dependable transportation
- Comfortable traveling locally and driving between Bryan, College Station, and Houston for training and meetings
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage business opportunities within the Bryan / College Station market
- Build and grow a portfolio of clients while actively prospecting new leads
- Leverage your local relationships to secure meetings with directors, executives, and decision-makers
- Convert prospects into meaningful partnerships and long-term contracts
- Manage and update sales pipelines, activities, meet-ups, and communications within CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with client expectations
- Attend networking events, community functions, and local business groups to represent Café Natalie
- Work closely with executive leadership to shape sales strategy and regional growth
- Participate in training and collaboration sessions at the Café Natalie office in Houston as needed
