JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Financial Analyst, Senior Associate within Marketing Finance, you will support strategic decision-making by delivering data-driven insights, financial analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement across the growing Consumer Banking marketing business. You will partner closely with Finance, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Product, and Strategy teams to evaluate business opportunities, optimize marketing investments, and enhance reporting capabilities that drive customer growth and profitability.
Job responsibilities:

Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial reporting processes for Consumer Bank Marketing through analyzing performance to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities

Shape strategic investment decisions by developing business cases, evaluating ROI, establishing success metrics, and ensuring accountability for marketing initiatives and growth investments.

Deliver financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data-driven marketing insights that support decision making, investment optimization, and business growth objectives.
- Serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, providing financial guidance, influencing decisions, and supporting the achievement of Finance and Consumer Bank Marketing objectives.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

4+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, business analytics, strategy, consulting, or a related financial services environment

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to develop financial models and executive-ready presentations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable business insights

Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis

Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess financial impacts

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for senior leadership

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills

Collaborative team player with the ability to build trusted partnerships across Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Product, and Data & Analytics teams

Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, challenging assumptions, and driving continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Marketing, Consumer Banking, Digital, Product, or Customer Growth organizations

Experience with financial modeling, business case development, and ROI measurement

Familiarity with large datasets, dashboarding, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Databricks, etc.)
