General Duties & Responsibilities
· Software Solution Development
o Work with other key personnel to define solution design parameters, technology selections, and project scopes for software solutions
o Use a variety of technical skills to develop software solutions for all aspects of Frontier Logistics' business processes
o Work with other key users to develop testing patterns for developed solutions
· Professional Development
o Commit to a pattern of continuous improvement practices designed to increase technical aptitude and acumen
o Participate in applicable business discussions and learning opportunities to become more familiar with the business operations (both technical and non-technical) of Frontier Logistics
o Participate in the analysis and selection of tools and technologies that can potentially improve the development of business systems solutions
· Business Development
o Work with customers to identify business/technology requirements and facilitate the technological aspects of addressing those needs
o Work with other Frontier Logistics personnel to satisfy customer needs
Mission Critical Outcomes
· Deliver expected solution deliverables within acceptable timelines as collaboratively defined with the key users of intended solutions
Breakthrough Outcomes
· 100% on-time delivery of developed solutions
Ideal Knowledge
· Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
Ideal Experience
· 2-3 years experience in developing .NET software solutions for warehousing and/or transportation operations or related environment
Ideal Skills
· Expert-level proficiency in all core Frontier Logistics development technologies:
o Visual Studio IDE
o C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, .NET MAUI
o Power BI
o Power Automate
o Python
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· SQL development skills
· Familiarity AI coding assistants and/or agentive tasks
· Swift experience is a strong plus
Essential Knowledge
· Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
Essential Skills
· Demonstrable proficiency in most core Frontier Logistics development technologies:
o Visual Studio IDE
o C#, ASP.NET Core
o Python
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Experience with developing solutions using SQL Server
