Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Unconventional Computing Technical SETA to support one or more innovative program offices. You will support efforts aimed at achieving orders-of-magnitude improvements in computational speed and energy efficiency through analog and hybrid analog-digital computing approaches. This work spans multiple scientific disciplines including computer science, electrical engineering, materials science, quantum physics, biology, and advanced computational architectures. You will provide technical expertise, program management support, stakeholder engagement, and transition planning while assisting the Program Manager with program execution, performer oversight, technology assessments, and strategic planning activities. You will possess a strong technical background in emerging computing technologies, nonlinear problem solving, optimization techniques, generative AI, and large-scale processing algorithms. Required Experience:

Demonstrated experience supporting advanced technology research and development programs.

Experience in project management, technical program execution, and stakeholder coordination.

Experience conducting technical assessments, risk analyses, and program reviews.

Knowledge of unconventional computing concepts, advanced computational architectures, or related emerging technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
