Location: Opportunities Across Multiple Districts

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem (Monday–Friday, School Hours)

Pay: $19.00-$21.00/hour (depending on assignment & experience)

Ro Health is hiring passionate Behavioral Health Paraeducators and Behavioral Health Class Aides to join our Arizona Behavioral Team for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This is a position that offers the opportunity to focus on what matters most: supporting diverse learners, while enjoying the flexibility and job variety that comes from working with an experienced staffing partner.

What You’ll Do:

Provide classroom, small-group, or 1:1 support to students with or without IEPs
Assist with instructional activities, behavior redirection, and social-emotional development
Support students with special education needs under the guidance of certified staff
Foster a safe, supportive learning environment
Communicate effectively with teachers, school staff, and agency supervisors

What You’ll Need:

Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or ParaPro Certification
Experience working with children, especially in school, camp, or care settings (preferred)
Experience with behavior management (6 months minimum - required)
Inclination to work well in a team environment
Ability to pass state/federal background checks and fingerprinting
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
