Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Staff member to serve as the first point of contact for our guests and visitors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service skills, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations at our front desk. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at organization and communication, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

Greet guests and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer support from arrival to departure
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using office management software
Maintain accurate records through filing, data entry, and word processing tasks
Support office management by organizing schedules, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments
Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, ensuring a positive experience

Skills

Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse clientele effectively
Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management capabilities
Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor and strong communication abilities
Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and clerical procedures
Personal assistant experience or previous office experience is a plus for success in this role

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
