Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our hospitality front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this pivotal role, you will oversee guest services, manage the front desk team, and ensure seamless communication between departments. Your leadership will set the tone for exceptional guest experiences, foster a welcoming environment, and drive operational excellence. Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily front office activities, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries
Lead and manage the front desk team, providing training, support, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of customer service
Oversee guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction
Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring courteous phone etiquette and efficient communication with guests and staff
Monitor hotel operations budgets related to front office functions, including staffing, supplies, and revenue management strategies
Implement revenue management techniques to optimize occupancy rates and maximize profitability
Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with human resources on staffing needs, scheduling, and employee development initiatives
Maintain compliance with hospitality standards and hotel policies while fostering a positive team environment

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a hospitality or hotel management setting with strong leadership skills
Extensive hotel experience with a solid understanding of front desk operations and guest services
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
Knowledge of hospitality management systems, revenue management practices, and managing hospitality operations budgets
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution
Experience in hotel management or resort environments is preferred for a comprehensive understanding of hospitality nuances
Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Background in human resources practices related to staffing, training, and team development
Familiarity with night audit procedures and financial operations within a hotel setting
