About Us

You42 Studios is a collection of working production studios, unique restaurants, live entertainment, immersive spaces, and private venues in Roswell, Georgia. Our venues host everything from content creation, corporate events, concerts, pop-ups, and community experiences. We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team, elevate our brands, increase bookings, and drive measurable business growth.

Position Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and performance of all marketing initiatives across our restaurant, event venue, and studio businesses. This role combines brand leadership, digital marketing, event promotion, community engagement, and team management. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead a social media team while collaborating closely with ownership, operations, and event sales to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Leadership

Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with company revenue and growth objectives.
Create quarterly marketing plans, promotional calendars, and campaign roadmaps.
Own brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Manage the marketing budget and evaluate return on investment for all campaigns.
Present marketing performance and recommendations to ownership on a regular basis.

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and develop the social media team.
Conduct weekly team meetings and regular one-on-one coaching sessions.
Set priorities, assign projects, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Review and approve content, campaigns, creative assets, and messaging before publication.
Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development.
Foster a collaborative, creative, and accountable team culture.

Digital Marketing

Oversee social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
Direct the content calendar and ensure consistent, high-quality storytelling across all brands.
Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications.
Coordinate website updates, SEO initiatives, and online reputation management.
Oversee paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.

Restaurant & Venue Marketing

Develop campaigns that increase restaurant traffic, reservations, private dining inquiries, weddings, corporate events, and studio rentals.
Partner with the events and operations teams to market seasonal offerings, special events, and promotional packages.
Coordinate professional photography, video production, and creative content.

Community & Partnership Development

Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, tourism organizations, chambers of commerce, and community groups.
Develop sponsorships, partnerships, and cross-promotional opportunities that increase brand visibility.
Represent the company at networking events and community initiatives.

Analytics & Performance

Monitor campaign performance and key business metrics.
Build dashboards and monthly reports highlighting marketing effectiveness.
Use data to optimize campaigns, improve customer acquisition, and maximize marketing ROI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, events, or lifestyle brands.
Previous experience managing and developing marketing or social media team members.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
Exceptional communication, organization, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple brands, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Restaurant and hospitality marketing.
Event venue marketing.
Photography and short-form video production.
CRM, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle marketing.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
