Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Window Cleaner and bring sparkle and clarity to commercial and residential buildings! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows, ensuring a streak-free, polished finish that enhances the overall aesthetic of our clients’ properties. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for visitors and occupants alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your cleaning skills while contributing to a professional, fast-paced service team.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of interior and exterior windows on various commercial and residential buildings using appropriate tools and techniques
Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows
Use cleaning solutions, squeegees, cloths, and other janitorial supplies to achieve spotless results
Conduct routine inspections of windows for damage or dirt buildup, reporting issues promptly
Follow safety protocols diligently, especially when working at heights or with equipment like lifts and scaffolding
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and supplies are stored properly after use
Assist with general janitorial or custodial tasks as needed to support overall building maintenance

Qualifications

Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred
Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards and procedures

Excellent physical stamina, including the ability to stand, reach, climb ladders, and lift cleaning supplies or equipment
Having a Truck is highly recomended
