Full Job Description

Job Overview:

We are hiring motivated individuals to assist seniors in navigating Medicare and selecting plans that best fit their healthcare needs.

This is an inbound call position where you will guide clients through:

Medicare Advantage (MA/MAPD)
Medicare Supplements
Prescription Drug Plans (PDP)
Hospital Indemnity & Ancillary Products (REQUIRED on every call)

This is a sales role, not customer service. You will be expected to present and enroll.

What You’ll Do:

Take inbound calls and assist seniors with Medicare plan selection
Conduct full needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage
Present and enroll Medicare AND ancillary products on every call
Accurately complete applications and follow compliance guidelines
Maintain strong production and performance metrics

Licensing Requirement:

Must obtain a Health Insurance License (we reimburse for course + exam + licensing once contracted for all IN-HOUSE employees.)
No payroll until contracted and training is complete.

Compensation:

Training Compensation: $1,000, paid after all requirements are met:

Completion of 100% of training
Full attendance for all sessions
RTS establlished with all top carriers
Agent is actively taking calls
Agent has submitted their first application

Training pay begins only once you enter the official training program after all licensing/contracting is complete.

Base Payroll Salary:

$35,000 annually
Paid weekly: $673.08 (before taxes)

Bonus Structure (Paid Apps Only):

MA / MAPD / Med Supp / HIP → $50 per app
New to Medicare / New to MA → +$25 bonus
Dental / Vision / Hearing → $40 per app
Cancer Plans → $30 per app
PDP → $20 per app
Bonus paid 3rd full week of the following month
Based on net, paid applications only
Must maintain 20 net apps/month (rolling average) to qualify

Renewals:

MA / MAPD / Med Supp → $50 per client/year
Additional $20 per New MA client
Paid monthly: $4.17 per client
Med Supp renewals capped at 6 years

Schedule:

Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
