Full Job Description

Join a Growing, Tech-Forward Accounting Team

We're an innovative, cloud-based accounting and advisory firm that partners with dynamic businesses across a variety of industries. Our team embraces technology, values efficiency, and believes great work can happen without endless overtime or micromanagement.

We're currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist with hands-on ConnectWise Manage experience to support a growing client in the Phoenix metro area. This is an onsite role with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule after 90 days.

What You'll Do

As our Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

Generate and distribute customer invoices through ConnectWise Manage
Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts accurately
Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
Maintain accurate customer account records
Perform account reconciliations and prepare accounts receivable reports
Process credit memos, refunds, and account adjustments
Partner with sales, service, and operations teams to resolve customer billing concerns
Assist with month-end close activities and audit requests
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

What Makes You Successful

Required Qualifications

2+ years of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experience
Direct, hands-on experience with ConnectWise Manage
2+ years of experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong PC and technology skills
Experience with collections and customer account management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with QuickBooks Online
Experience supporting managed services, technology, or professional services organizations

Schedule & Growth Opportunities

This position requires approximately 25-35 hours per week onsite in the Phoenix metro area.
