We are looking for an experienced, tech-savvy, and creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing across Foundry Social, High Voltage Karting, and MAD Brewing. This is not a typical marketing role — we need someone who lives at the intersection of creative content production, AI-driven marketing technology, and social media culture. You’ll shoot and edit video in the morning, build an automated ad campaign in the afternoon, and host an influencer event that evening.
You must be a power user of AI tools to build and automate marketing systems across SEO, ad platforms, email, and content creation. You will also manage outsourced partners, coordinate on-site events, and cultivate influencer relationships.

Objectives:
- Plan, strategize, and execute marketing across all three brands to grow brand presence and drive revenue.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) across all marketing functions — build scalable, automated systems for SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, content creation, and reporting.
- Create high-quality creative content (photography, video, graphics, social posts) while also managing the technical side of ad platforms, analytics, and automation.
- Organize and promote events, build influencer partnerships, and manage outsourced marketing vendors.
- Develop and maintain the marketing budget across all three brands.Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audiences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Creative Content & Social Media
- Produce photography, video, and graphic content for social media, websites, digital TVs (Untappd), table cards, print materials, and advertising across all three brands.
- Manage and schedule platform-specific content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube using Sprout Social. Each brand and platform has its own identity — post accordingly.
- Create print-ready materials in Canva for table cards, posters, flyers, billboards, and vendor ads (Today’s Bride, Image Builders, Main Street Medina). Coordinate printing with Minuteman.
▸ AI, Technical & Digital Marketing
- Use AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, graphic design, video editing, and social media creation. Build AI-driven systems for SEO (keyword research, optimization, rank tracking) and ad campaign management.
- Own and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with AI-powered bidding, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization. Manage SEO with iHeart Media and Google platforms directly.
- Create marketing automations using existing or new platforms (Mailchimp, Sprout Social, SevenRooms, ClubSpeed, Tripleseat, SimpleTexting). Build automated reporting dashboards.
- Manage all three brand websites and coordinate with WordPress for support. Maintain Google Business profiles, map pack, hours, events, and review management (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Bing).
- Execute email marketing across Mailchimp, Tripleseat, SevenRooms, and ClubSpeed. Manage billboard ads (Lamar), radio (iHeart Media / Rover’s Morning Glory), and New Day Cleveland appearances.
▸ Events, Influencers & Partnerships
- Book and promote on-site events: weekly programming (trivia, music bingo, live music) and special events (Halloween, Hops & Headshots, NYE, Murder Mystery, Comedy Nights). Partner with banks and businesses for corporate events.
- Build and maintain influencer relationships. Run influencer events, recruit new influencers, and develop an ongoing influencer program — not just one-time visits. Existing NE Ohio connections a plus.
- Manage gift card promotions (Black Friday, holidays) per established SOPs. Coordinate the CyberTruck for off-site promotional appearances. Drive internal cross-promotion and upselling across the complex.
- Manage outsourced marketing partners (SEO specialists, drone videographers, Photographers, Wordpress) and hold them accountable to deliverables and brand standards.
Skill and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years hands-on marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, entertainment, or multi-brand environments.
- Demonstrated daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Copilot, etc.) in professional marketing work. This is not optional.
- Strong photography, videography, and content production skills.
- Expert-level social media skills across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube with an understanding of platform-specific strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar).
- Metrics-driven mindset with strong project management and communication skills.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to network, build influencer relationships, and represent the brands in the community.
