We are seeking an exceptional Dining Director to join our team at Meadow Falls of Bath, a premier healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents and patients. As a key member of our leadership team, the Dining Director will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dining experiences that exceed our residents' expectations and promote their overall well-being.

About the Role:

As a Dining Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our dining program, ensuring that every meal is delicious, nutritious, and tailored to meet the diverse needs and preferences of our residents. You will lead a team of dedicated culinary professionals to maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Your expertise will enable us to create memorable dining experiences that foster a sense of community, hospitality, and joy among our residents.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative dining programs that promote resident engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being
Collaborate with our culinary team to design and deliver customized menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences
