We are seeking a Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our established team of 6 Pediatric ENT Surgeons, Advance Practice Providers and Audiologists to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for infants, children, and adolescents with disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. This role emphasizes compassionate, family-centered, evidence-based care across ambulatory, inpatient, and surgical settings.
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and manage a full spectrum of pediatric ENT conditions, from routine disorders to complex congenital anomalies.

Provide inpatient and emergency consult coverage, including surgical emergencies, as part of the on-call rotation.

Perform surgeries and manage all postoperative care and outcomes monitoring in alignment with division quality standards.

Collaborate closely with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary teams (audiology, speech pathology, craniofacial, aerodigestive, vascular anomalies, cochlear implant, endocrine/thyroid, trach/vent, and other specialty programs).

Participate in ambulatory clinics at the main campus and satellite locations.

Engage in departmental and divisional activities, including peer review, quality and safety initiatives, and meetings.

Contribute to medical education for medical students and ENT residents and participate in community and internal educational activities.

Opportunities for involvement in research, program development, leadership, and multidisciplinary clinical programs based on individual interests.
Qualifications
-
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Completion of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery residency.

Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology (ACGME-accredited, U.S. or Canada).

Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery.

Eligibility for Ohio medical licensure and active DEA certification.
