Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Escrow Closing Assistant to join our dynamic team at Pioneer Abstract & Title Co. of Alamogordo. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient closing processes for Buyers, Sellers, Realtors and lenders. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This is an in-office, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm position.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the escrow closing process by coordinating with Realtors, lenders, and customers.
Field incoming phone calls and address inquiries.
Review contracts and ensure all required documents are received in a timely manner.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files related to each closing.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies throughout the closing process.
Provide updates to all parties regarding the status of closings.
Support the Closers with any additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior experience with Title Insurance, Real Estate, Mortgage Lending or related industry.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
