Independent Sales Representative / Brand Ambassador – New Mexico & South Eastern Colorado
Pueblo | Trinidad | Lamar | Walsh | New Mexico

NEST (New Era Sales Team), a premier sales agency representing a diverse portfolio of brands, is seeking a motivated Independent Sales Representative / Brand Ambassador to manage and grow sales in New Mexico & Southeastern Colorado. This is an independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential for a self-driven sales professional.

Commission & Earning Potential
This role offers a strong foundation for growth, with an existing book of business in the territory.

Existing Business: The territory already includes active accounts with a history of repeat orders, providing a solid base of commissions from day one.
Growth Opportunity: While there is an established customer base, there is significant room for expansion through new customer acquisition and increasing order volume with existing accounts.
Commission Structure: Representatives earn a competitive percentage on all sales, with additional incentives for reaching sales targets and bringing in new business. The standard commission is 15%, split 60/40 between the sales rep and NEST.

About the Role
As a Sales Representative / Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

Driving sales for each brand we represent by building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers.
Managing customer relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that align with their business goals.
Providing customer service, assisting retailers with their orders, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
Attending agency-required events, including:
Las Vegas Market (twice a year) to network, showcase brands, and support customers.
Zoom meetings with vendors and NEST agency administration throughout the year.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in wholesale sales, retail, or brand representation (preferred but not required).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage a sales territory effectively.
Reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory.
A passion for the gift, home, and lifestyle industry is a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 - $112,000.00 per year
