This Senior Ag Relationship Manager opportunity offers the chance to become a trusted financial partner to agricultural producers and agribusinesses while managing and growing a high-value loan portfolio. You'll have the autonomy to build lasting relationships, develop new business, and make a meaningful impact in the agricultural communities you serve. As a Senior Ag Relationship Manager you will:

Join a locally-owned and independent pillar in the community, this team is known for their dedication to economic development, innovation and local business support
Manage and grow an established agricultural lending portfolio, while developing new relationships that contribute to the bank's continued success and market presence
Partner with credit administration and executive leadership, balancing portfolio growth with strong underwriting standards and effective risk management

Requirements of this Senior Ag Relationship Manager role:

5+ years’ of Ag lending experience
Proven successful management and growth of relationships
Proactively meet with existing and prospective customers
Ability to underwrite and analyze complex credit requests, and review cash flow, collateral, guarantors and risk assessments
Lead, delegate and support a team to successfully manage $75M to $100M loan portfolio or 150 to 200 commercial lending relationships
