The Senior Accreditation Professional works with CenterWell Pharmacy Inc. leadership to successfully demonstrate their ability to meet regulatory requirements and standards, established by recognized Pharmacy accreditation organizations (URAC, NABP, and ACHC). The Senior Pharmacy Practice Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Accreditation Professional emphasizes quality assurance and a commitment to continuous quality enhancement. Begins to influence department’s strategy in meeting accreditation compliance through existing polices, processes and procedures. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding compliance to the accreditation organization’s standards. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. The Senior Accreditation Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues to maintain audit readiness to avoid risk, focus on metrics not being met aligning with impacted business owners, and resolution of unmet metrics.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of pharmacy accreditation experience

2 or more years experience in pharmacy accreditation (URAC, ACHC, NABP, NCQA, JACHO), process improvement, data analytics, Compliance and Risk Management

Previous experience working with senior leadership in Pharmacy and driving a successful accreditation outcome

Exceptional analytical skills, including both problem solving and technical proficiency

Demonstrated advanced skills in Excel, Access, and database creation/management

Demonstrated excellent time management skills with proven ability to be flexible, adapt to changing environment, handle multiple tasks and deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Work-At-Home Requirements

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$86,300 - $118,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
