Full Job Description

Seeking an experienced Legal Assistant who works hard and has a positive attitude. Experience required: the ideal candidate will have 1-2 or more years of experience. Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) only.

Responsibilities include: drafting, preparing, and filing legal documents and correspondence; communicating with clients, experts, and opposing counsel; calendaring attorney or management schedules and court dockets; preparing cases for trial; performing complex office tasks requiring advanced skills and knowledge of legal practices and procedures, community resources and local practices, basic legal research and terminology; performing specialized PDMC-wide legal administrative support services. This is not meant to be an exhaustive list of all duties.

Starting salary from $23.00, with a likely performance review 90 days after hire.
