Full Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, prepare legal documents, conduct legal research, and maintain case files.

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research on case laws, regulations, and legal articles

- Assist in trial preparation and support during courtroom proceedings
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and court personnel

Duties include, typing and creating Legal Documents, Calendaring, Working with clients, Court Staff and Attorneys.

Experience:
- Proficiency in legal software such as CLIO, OJIN, PACER
- Strong proofreading skills for accurate legal document preparation
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks
- Previous experience in legal case management and document review
