Golden Sky Management is currently hiring a full-time Receptionist to join our team at our Muncie, Indiana location and have an instrumental role in being the first point of contact for our customers and ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.

As a Receptionist with Golden Sky Management, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, resolving their inquiries and complaints, and providing excellent customer service. Since you will be the first point of contact for our customers, having a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
