Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and manage room assignments.
Address guest complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and assist guests with their requests.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred but not required.
Strong background in guest services or customer service roles is essential.
Familiarity with front desk operations and guest relations is highly desirable.
Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems are necessary for effective communication.
A passion for providing outstanding hospitality experiences is crucial for success in this role.
