We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our growing water mitigation and property restoration team.

Salary range $50,000-$90,000 plus commissions up to 10%
THE POSITION
As a Water Mitigation Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners and customers throughout the Birmingham metro area.
You will represent our company professionally and become a trusted resource when property owners experience water damage or other property-related emergencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance professionals, realtors, contractors, and other referral sources
- Generate new mitigation and restoration opportunities
- Respond quickly to water-loss leads and customer opportunities
- Meet with homeowners and commercial property owners to explain the mitigation process
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Inspect properties and help identify the scope of water damage
- Prepare estimates and proposals as required
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Track sales activity and customer relationships in the company CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners
- Represent the company professionally in the community
- Work closely with mitigation technicians, project managers, and office staff to provide an excellent customer experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous sales experience required
- Restoration, construction, insurance, plumbing, HVAC, or home-services experience is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Comfortable meeting customers in their homes and businesses
- Ability to build and maintain referral relationships
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, or emergency calls when needed
