About the job

Join a creative and collaborative team where you'll contribute to impactful marketing and design initiatives that support brand growth and engagement. In this multifaceted role, you'll bring campaigns to life through compelling visuals, strategic marketing plans, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting long-term sustainability goals and driving value across the organization.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $74290 per year - $96140 per year

What’s in it for you

Design and produce visual materials (layouts, illustrations, communications) for proposals, media, and packaging, ensuring adherence to corporate identity standards.
Manage design projects by understanding client needs, setting timelines, budgets, and aligning with business objectives.
Work closely with multiple departments (Corporate Communications, procurement, design teams) to ensure cohesive project execution.
Review final products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards before release.
Identify and implement new ideas, technologies, and processes to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost-efficiency.
Develop and execute marketing plans through surveys, promotions, and communication platforms (websites, social media) to boost customer engagement.
Ensure brand consistency across internal and external platforms while contributing to sustainability initiatives that align with long-term organizational goals.

Project and time management skills to lead marketing and design initiatives from concept through execution.

Excellent communication and consulting skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and brand consistency.
A self-driven approach to planning and problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and long-term impact.
Requirement
Education Requirement: High School Diploma/GED or Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Management Experience: 0-3 years
Related Experience: 2 years
