Full Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our outpatient pediatric office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with our payers, our medical records vendor, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities: - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts - Oversee office budgeting and expense tracking - Plan and coordinate office events and meetings - Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support - Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide excellent phone etiquette - Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) - Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations - Ability to supervise and motivate staff members At our company, we value our employees' contributions.
