Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software to support our financial operations effectively.

Duties

Process and record all incoming payments accurately using accounting software.
Prepare and post journal entries to maintain up-to-date financial records.
Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data.
Analyze accounts receivable reports to identify discrepancies or issues.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment discrepancies and improve processes.

Requirements

Proficiency in accounting software and financial software applications.
Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.

Ability to perform account reconciliation efficiently.
Excellent math skills for accurate data analysis and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
