*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and proficiency in office management software, including QuickBooks. Proficienty with Microsoft Office. Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.

*Responsibilities*

- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with a professional demeanor.

- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.

- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files.

- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and tracking payments.

- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.

- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required by management.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and productivity.

*Qualifications*

- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred, with a focus on front desk or administrative roles.

- Previous work experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Data entry skills

- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software applications is highly desirable.

- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality documentation.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.

- Familiarity with various office equipment is beneficial.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

- A team player, gets along with others and able to work seamlessly with a team.
