Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead and scale its virtual clinical operations. This is a newly created role designed to support continued growth and operational excellence while partnering closely with executive leadership. The CNO will play a critical role in shaping clinical strategy, leading telephonic nursing operations, and enhancing integration with home health partners. This is a REMOTE position with travel to NYC

Chief Nursing Officer Job Requirements

Registered Nurse is required.
15+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience in home health.
Proven ability to lead clinical teams remotely and operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel as needed with a preference for candidates based in the northeast or Eastern stand time zone

Chief Nursing Officer Job Responsibilities

Lead and oversee front-line clinical operations, including the development and management of a telephonic nursing organization
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, nurses, care navigators, AI clinicians) to optimize patient outcomes
Design, implement, and refine clinical workflows within EMR systems and virtual care platforms while driving quality assurance and clinical performance improvement initiatives
Support and enhance partnerships with Medicare-certified home health agencies

The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
