Job Summary

The Collision Company is a family-owned, independant facility specializing in luxury vehicle repair. In business for over 18 years now, we have established a great reputation in North Atlanta by offering the highest quality repairs and phenomenal customer service to our valued customers. We are searching for the right candidate to integrate well into our team- someone who can appreciate a relaxed, friendly atmosphere while still driving production as needed.

The ideal estimator candidate will be extremely personable, customer focused and possess a minimum 8-10 years experience with strong organizational skills. Experience in CCC One management software is a plus.

Duties

Evaluate vehicle damage by inspecting vehicles pre and post disassembly.
Communicate clearly with customers, insurance companies, and technicians to explain repair costs and repair procedures.
Ability to successfully upsell prior damage around vehicle when necessary.
Maintain detailed notes of all updates/ interaction with customers, insurance companies and parts vendors.
Consistently source OEM repair procedures to ensure we follow OEM guidelines for all structural repairs.

Experience

Proven experience as an automotive collision estimator or in a similar auto service management role.
Strong knowledge of automotive estimating, collision repair procedures and ADAS systems.
Familiarity with estimating software such as CCC ONE or Mitchell is highly preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and professionally.
