About Us: RDM Designs is a growing cabinetry and flooring design company committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We take pride in helping our clients bring their spaces to life with thoughtful design, functionality, and expert craftsmanship.

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Cabinet Designer to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for someone passionate about design who enjoys working closely with clients and who has an eye for both aesthetics and functionality in residential and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals
Design custom cabinetry solutions for kitchens, bathrooms, and other spaces
Create detailed drawings and layouts using design software
Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, hardware, and styles
Experience with design software is preferred, but not required
Ensure accuracy in measurements and specifications for production
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth process from concept to completion

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
Experience with design software is preferred, but not required
Previous cabinetry or design experience is a plus, but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is beneficial
