Evok is seeking an Account Coordinator / Community Outreach Coordinator to support client accounts while
planning and executing events, trade shows, and community activations across the state. We're looking for an
organized, relationship-driven professional who enjoys keeping projects on track, bringing people together, and turning ideas into successful client and community experiences.
This is more than an events role. You'll support day-to-day client accounts, coordinate statewide event logistics, build relationships with community partners and sponsors, and help our internal teams deliver polished, on-brand experiences from planning through recap.

What You'll Do

Support day-to-day account management for assigned clients, keeping deliverables and timelines on track.
Plan and coordinate trade shows, sponsorships, promotional events, and community activations statewide.
Serve as the on-site point of contact, resolving logistics issues in real time.
Build and maintain relationships with community partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
Coordinate vendors, staffing, travel, and on-site event logistics.
Support the development of event materials, presentations, and marketing content.
Track budgets, expenses, and documentation for client accounts and events.
Prepare post-event and account reports to support future planning.

We're Looking for Someone Who...

Loves keeping projects and accounts organized.
Enjoys bringing people together and building relationships.
Can manage multiple priorities at once.
Communicates clearly and professionally, in writing and in person.
Takes initiative and stays calm under pressure.
Is comfortable with occasional evening, weekend, and overnight travel.

Experience in account coordination, event planning, marketing support, or community/member engagement is
helpful, but we're just as interested in someone organized, dependable, and eager to grow with an agency team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related

field preferred.

1–3 years of account coordination, event coordination, project management, or marketing support

experience preferred.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management tools, and event coordination software.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout Florida.

Job Details

Location: Hybrid (in-office required)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with evenings/weekends during events
Travel: Frequent travel across Florida, including occasional overnight
