Starting Rate of pay: $21.72/HR
Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential
Shifts Available and Hours:
12-hour continental shifts days & nights available
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
What you will be doing
Place safety first.
Load lengths of aluminum extrusions onto load table.
Hooking of parts for painting.
Unloading lengths of aluminum extrusions after painting
Maintain all the required standards for meeting or exceeding production goals.
Read work instructions and interpret production drawings.
All other duties as directed by the department shift leader or manager.
What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience:
The ability to work any shift is required.
Technical Knowledge Successful score on job skills assessment. Will be assessed by internal or external sources to verify job skills, as well as reading and math comprehension.
Physical Requirements Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 130 lbs. on a repetitive basis, with a partner.
Must have the ability to stand on hard surfaces while working up to 12 hours.
Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (hot/cold)
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Manufacturing Experience is desirable.
Education High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Communication Ability to communicate effectively, with fluency in English preferred.
Team player.
Self-starter.
Ability to be adaptable to change; ability to prioritize needs.
