Full Job Description

Our growing car dealership is seeking an energetic and professional Recruiting and Training Specialist to source, onboard, and develop top-tier talent. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building a first-rate team, recruiting for positions including sales professionals, service advisors and certified technicians.

Beyond hiring, you will champion our onboarding and ongoing training programs, ensuring all team members are equipped with the system knowledge and skills needed for operational excellence. This position will require a high level of daily interaction with customers, staff and manufacturer representatives

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment of candidates using various methods such as indeed and industry specific job boards as well as social media, to attract a diverse candidate pool.
Manage relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment of recruitment needs.
Ensure efficient workflows, optimal resource allocation, and proper staffing levels to hit productivity standards.
Leading training initiatives on industry-specific computer systems for both new hires and existing staff, coordinating with managers to ensure on-track completion.
Maintain meticulous records for all training initiatives, including mandatory compliance programs.
Identify and suggest industry best practices for processes across all departments.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountability-driven culture.

Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience specifically recruiting, onboarding, and training.
Previous experience and familiarity with industry systems and software.
Background within the automotive industry is highly preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication and computer skills.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, customer-driven dealership.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
