Full Job Description

Legend Conversion is looking for a dependable, organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will support our office and production operations in a busy van conversion company.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, computer-literate, and able to learn our processes quickly. Experience in automotive, dealership, manufacturing, or administrative work is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

Learn and process customer quotes for van conversions
Track customer vehicles through the conversion process and maintain accurate status records
Follow up on and organize paperwork related to customer vehicles
Maintain customer and vehicle files
Assist with new-hire paperwork and onboarding
Organize and maintain office records and files
Enter and update information in company systems and spreadsheets
Communicate with employees, customers, vendors, and other members of the team as needed
Help make sure required paperwork is completed accurately and on time
Assist management and other departments with administrative tasks
Perform other office and administrative duties as needed

Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Previous administrative, automotive, dealership, manufacturing, or office experience is a plus
