Our established, patient-focused dental practice is seeking a motivated and personable Dental Scheduling Coordinator who wants more than just a front desk position - we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

As our Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the success of the entire practice. You are the first impression, the flow, and the relationship builder. You directly impact patient satisfaction, retention, and overall office growth.

What You’ll Do

Welcome patients warmly and professionally
Manage scheduling to optimize doctor and hygiene productivity
Reduce broken appointments using effective communication systems
Handle patient check-in/check-out smoothly
Collections
Answer and direct calls with confidence and care
Support office systems and standards set by leadership
Assist in maintaining patient satisfaction and strong community presence
Contribute to practice goals and growth strategies

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year in a dental or medical office (preferred)
Front desk or customer service experience
Insurance knowledge is a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $19.00 per hour
