Full Job Description

We are a small but rapidly growing Real Estate Company based in Richland Hills, TX with over 3000 units under our management in Texas, New Mexico, Alabama, Oklahoma and Louisiana. We are looking for candidates that are personable, energetic and self-motivated to join our team.

We are seeking experienced candidates to become a part of our team!!!

100 Unit Property

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all lease transactions
Attract new tenants
Resolve tenant complaints
All aspects of move-in's and move-out's
Enforce property rules and regulations
Answer incoming calls and reply to emails
Enter guest cards and input daily traffic
Provide tours of the property and units available
Run credit and background checks
Daily office duties
Inspect apartments to assure that they are move-in ready
Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports
Input Property Invoices
Manage social media sites

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management
Familiarity with contracts/leases
Ability to build rapport with tenants
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Must be proficient on the computer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have some prior experience with Property Management Software
Appfolio experience a plus
Bilingual a plus

In this position, you would be responsible for providing prospects and tenants with great customer service. We are looking for a team player with an outgoing and positive attitude. Must be available to work the first Saturday of the month, during rent week, and other Saturdays to maintain occupancy goals and have your own reliable transportation.

Salary determined on skill set and experience and will be reviewed after your 90-day probationary period. Employees begin accruing Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and be eligible for Medical benefits after 90 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
