Overview

We are seeking friendly and passionate animal lovers with excellent phone, computer, and customer relations skills to join our team as a Front Desk Reception and Client Concerige for luxury pet hotel.
In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our pet parents, providing outstanding customer service by answering questions, handling reservations, and guiding clients through tours of our facility.
By building relationships with our customers you will provide the peace of mind they need that their pets will receive the care and attention they deserve.
Your empathetic approach and attention to detail will ensure our team members are be accurately informed of each pet's individual needs.
This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment that fosters productivity and professionalism.

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role requiring continuous movement throughout the shift. Team members may spend much of the day standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and interacting with pets and clients coninuously throughout the day.

Job Responsibilities

Manage client accounts, check pets in/out, and keep the lobby tidy, while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere
Confirm pet and client details and communicate instructions clearly to team members
Maintain communication with clients through phone calls, texts, emails, and reservation platform
Offer beneficial services such bathing and enrichment activities
Provide accurate and helpful information about services and policies
Assist clients in choosing products from our boutique to meet their pet's needs
Give tours of the facility to potential and new clients

Ideal Candidate

Our perfect candidate is a reliable and friendly individual with a genuine love for animals and a passion for excellent customer service.
Exceptional customer relation and communication skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple client interactions
Strong phone, writing, and computer skills
Independent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Friendly, positive attitude with a cooperative spirit
Quick typing and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
Willingness to learn and follow scripts for tours and phone calls
Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
Experience in customer service (minimum 2 years) and animal care (preferred).
