Full Job Description

Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Draper, UT 84020
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $28–$31/hour
Work Schedule: 40 hours/week
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting activities in a manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career recruiting professional who is organized, communicative, and interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have experience with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Manufacturing experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
Source qualified candidates using job boards, databases, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Screen candidates based on job requirements, qualifications, and experience.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records in the ATS.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Provide candidates with information regarding job opportunities and career opportunities.
Schedule interviews and manage follow-up activities.
Assist with maintaining recruitment documentation and employment records.
Support the Talent Acquisition team with additional recruiting activities as needed.
Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
Less than 5 years of professional experience; this is a junior-level opportunity.
Manufacturing experience is required.
Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple candidates and recruiting activities simultaneously.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
Must be able to work 100% onsite in Draper, Utah.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
Previous Talent Acquisition or recruiting internship/entry-level experience.
Experience recruiting within a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with recruiting databases, job boards, and online sourcing tools.
Knowledge of basic employment and recruiting practices.

Interview Process

Selected candidates will participate in 2–3 rounds of interviews.

This is a 6-month contract position paying $28–$31/hour. The position is 100% onsite in Draper, UT, Monday through Friday.
