Full Job Description

Administrative Assistant / Dispatcher

Join a fast-paced team that's been serving residential and commercial customers for over 30 years.

All Drain Services is looking for a highly organized, dependable Administrative Assistant & Dispatcher to join our busy office. This is not a desk job where you'll be waiting for the phone to ring—our office is the hub of the operation. Every day you'll be juggling phone calls, dispatching technicians, assisting customers, processing invoices, and helping keep our field operations running smoothly.

If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy solving problems, and can confidently manage multiple priorities at once, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Occasional weekend overtime may be available but is not required.

What You'll Do

Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service
Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day
Process invoices accurately and verify pricing
Assist customers with questions, scheduling changes, and service concerns
Coordinate with technicians to keep jobs running on schedule
Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Support daily office operations and work independently with minimal supervision

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who remains calm under pressure, enjoys staying busy, and takes ownership of their work. Our office handles a high volume of calls, including 24-hour emergency service, so priorities can change quickly throughout the day.

To succeed in this role, you should:

Have previous administrative, scheduling, dispatching, or customer service experience
Have experience with invoicing (service industry experience is a plus)
Be highly organized and able to keep track of multiple tasks without constant direction
Be comfortable making decisions and solving problems independently
Be detail-oriented—small mistakes can create major disruptions to our workflow
Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
Be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Have strong computer and typing skills
Learn new software and processes quickly
