Full Job Description

BW Blacksmith Grill House is looking for a dependable, hardworking Line Cook to join our growing team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in preparing great food, and value being part of a team, we'd love to meet you.

As a Line Cook, you'll help prepare our menu with consistency and attention to detail while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Set up, stock, and maintain your workstation.
Ensure all food is prepared safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout your shift.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely ticket times.
Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing duties.
Help maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Evening and weekend availability preferred.
