Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals, particularly children, improve their communication skills and overcome speech and language challenges.

Responsibilities

Implement personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals.
Provide speech therapy services in the child's natural environment including their home or childcare facility.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication development.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Educate families on strategies to support their child's communication skills at home.

Experience

Experience with early intervention techniques is highly desirable.
Strong background in pediatrics and speech therapy practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams are essential for success in this role.
