Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Pay: $42,000 - $52,000 per year

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team in Anderson, SC. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting vendor and customer relationships, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain accounts payable records and ensure timely payment of obligations
Generate and enter customer invoices
Manage accounts receivable and monitor outstanding balances
Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing/payment issues
Maintain vendor files, contracts, and related documentation
Assist with cash flow tracking and budgeting support
Collaborate with management to resolve accounting discrepancies
Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience required
Minimum 2 years of accounts payable/accounts receivable experience required
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop required
Strong understanding of accounting software and bookkeeping principles
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
