As a Pest Control Customer Service Team Member, here’s what you can expect

You will have your own desk. You’ll have responsibilities that only relate to your desk — independent, growing your career with a clear view of next steps. You’ll be the voice of Mack Pest Solutions to your local community, and your clients will count on you to protect their businesses, their homes, and their families.
When you first join the Mack Pest team, you’ll spend a little time in very important training, you’ll take the lead with your own customers.

What your days will look like

Roll up your sleeves and get ready to learn how we take care of customers. You’ll become an expert in finding ways to be effective in communication.
Are you a good communicator? As a CSR, your office is to be kept clean and organized. Same goes for your Mack Pest work equipment and computer. We trust our CRS’s.
You’ll be responsible for building relationships with customers, helping with sales to current customers, and expanding our product to new customers.
Does technology scare you? That’s okay. We provide training and support to ensure you’re comfortable using state-of-the-art tools. You’ll also need to have strong communication skills so that you can email, text, call, talk, and write effectively. Oh, and sometimes there’s paperwork.

Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other inquiries.
Communication with customer and vendors via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Managing special programs
Account set up's, upgrades, or cancellations.
Date Entry
Collecting customer payments
Deposit/Cash log
Technician Liaison to office and properties
Sell products and services.

Some non-negotiables

There are some things you’ll just need to have or know to join Mack Pest Solutions as a Mack Pest CRS.

High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings.
Some basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. You’ll need to be able to follow instructions for mixing on product labels.

We’re not going to sugarcoat it. The essential functions of this job have some demands (of course, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.) Here’s what we mean:

· You will be responsible for upholding the duties that come with managing your desk and daily operating duties.

· You will be required to answer phone calls all throughout the work day.

· You will need to work with upset or displeased customers. Keep in mind that they are dealing with a pest issue that they deem unacceptable.
