Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, ensure smooth communication, and support our team’s productivity. This role is vital in maintaining an efficient office environment while providing excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and visitors.

Duties

Manage all front desk activities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Oversee office management tasks such as filing, insurance, and organizing supplies to ensure a well-functioning workspace
Handle clerical responsibilities including word processing, proofreading, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently via phone or email
Maintain organization of client communication files and assist with document preparation for project needs
Support team members with time management and organizational tasks to enhance overall office productivity

Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting
Strong computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience in phone answering, phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and front desk operations
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional communication style
Previous clerical experience including filing, proofreading, typing, and calendar management
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
